relay.set

An owner turned the server’s relay off or on. Off, devices away from the server’s own network cannot connect until they go direct; every device connected is told first.

Direction: Chips → the log
Sent by: Chips only; refused from a client
Requires a run: no
Schema: relay.set.json

Every event also carries the envelope.
